Feel the good vibrations! Immerse yourself in the Golden Wave, a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating group vibration experience. Each Golden Wave class begins with a group vocal warm-up, to center our mind and initiate the group vibration. Then, together we will dive deep into the ocean of the pure frequencies of the tuning forks. As the vibration of the bodies increase, the vital energetic forces of the cells will stir, amplifying the body’s profound healing ability within. In this deep state of relaxation, we will let the group alchemy simmer to the otherworldly sounds of the gong, and finally rise again to join our voices together, revealing the new vibrations within, spilling forth in a bright Golden Wave of our collective sound.

Note: ***During Golden Wave classes, the body may arrive in a substantially high state of euphoric vibration, and it is recommended that all participants attend the two preparatory classes, or listen to the replay of each of these events, to properly resource and balance the body, at least 3 days prior to attending your first Golden Wave experience. These vibration experiences are not recommended for those who are pregnant, those who have pacemakers, or for those in advanced stages of a disease process.
